Attested:  VOLISIOS appeared on coins, always coupled with DVMNOCOVEROS or DVMNOVELLAVNOS or CARTIVEL (Rudd (2015), attributed to the Corieltauvi.

Where:  The Corieltauvi/Coritani appear to have lived in an area from Lincolnshire into the English Midlands.

Name origin:  Unknown, but Volisios comes close to the well-established Roman name Volusius, to Latin volito ‘to fly to and fro’, and to the place Volitanio.
